ನಡುವಿನ ನಾರಾಯಣರು

 

 ಶೇಕ್ಸ್ ಪಿಯರ್ ನ  ಮರ್ಚೆಂಟ್ ಆ ವೆನಿಸ್ ನಿಂದ ಆಯ್ದ ಸಂಭಾಷಣೆ 

ನೆರಿಸ್ಸಾ : ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಗಳು ಅದೃಷ್ಟ ದಷ್ಟೇ ಧಾರಾಳ ವಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಬಸವಳಿದಿರುವಿರಿ . ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಸಿರಿ ಕಾಲು ಮುರಿದು ಕೊಂಡು ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಮಿ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಮತ್ತು ಒಂದು ಹೊತ್ತು ಊಟಕ್ಕೂ ತತ್ವಾರ ಇರುವ ದರಿದ್ರ ನಾರಾಯಣ ಇಬ್ಬರೂ  ಬಳಲುವರು .ಸುಖಿಯಾಗಿ ಇರುವವರು ಇವರೆಡರ ನಡುವಿನವರು  (ನಡು ವಿನ ನಾರಾಯಣರು ).  ಅಧಿಕ  ಸಂಪತ್ತು  ಶೀಘ್ರ ಮುಪ್ಪಿಗೆ ಅಹ್ವಾನ ;ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದೆಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬದುಕಲು ಅನುಕೂಲ ಇರುವವರು ಧೀರ್ಘಾಯುಷಿಗಳು . 

  ಪೋರ್ಷಿಯಾ :  ಮುತ್ತಿನಂತ ಮಾತು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೇಳಿದಿ

ನೆರಿಸ್ಸಾ : (ನುಡಿಯೊಳಗೆ ಆಗಿ )ನಡೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಆದರೆ ಇನ್ನೂ ಉತ್ತಮ . 

ಪೋರ್ಷಿಯಾ :ಒಳಿತು ಯಾವುದು ಎಂದು ಗೊತ್ತಿದ್ದೂ ಅದನ್ನು ಅನುಸರಿಸುವುಸು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ  ಗುಡಿಗಳು ದೊಡ್ಡ ದೇವಾಲಯಗಳಾಗಿ ಬಡವನ ಗುಡಿಸಲುಗಳು  ರಾಜಕುಮಾರನ ಅರಮನೆಗಳಾಗಿ ಬಿಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದವು. ನುಡಿದಂತೆ ನಡೆವವನು ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಪ್ರವಾಚಕ .  ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತು ಮಂದಿಗೆ ಒಳಿತು ಏನು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಬರೀ  ಬೋಧಿಸುವುದು ,ಅವರೊಳಗೊಬ್ಬನಾಗಿ ಅದನ್ನು ಪಾಲಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಸುಲಭ . ನಮ್ಮ ಮನಸಿನ ನುಡಿಯ ಹೃದಯ ಪಾಲಿಸದು .

 ಟಿಪ್ಪಣಿ : ಈಗ ನಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ  ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಬೇರೆ ಇದೆ ಜನ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ .ಏನೂ ಇಲ್ಲದವರಿಗೆ ಸರಕಾರ ಉಚಿತ ಆಹಾರ ಧಾನ್ಯ ಕೊಡುತ್ತಿದೆ  .ಕೋಟ್ಯಾಧಿಪತಿ ಗಳು ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದ ಬಹಳ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಇನ್ನೂ ಸಿರಿವಂತರಾಗುವರು . ನಡುವಿನವರು ಮೂರು ಹೊತ್ತು ಉಣ್ಣಲು ಇದ್ದವರು ಲಾಕ್ ಡೌನ್ ನಿಂದ  ಸಂಪಾದನೆ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ ಬವಣೆ ಪಡುತ್ತಿರುವರು . ಸಂಪತ್ತಿನ ನಡುವೆ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದವರು ವ್ಯಾಯಾಮ ಇಲ್ಲದೆ , ತಿನ್ನುವುದು ಹೆಚ್ಚಾದ ಕಾರಣ  ಶೀಘ್ರ ವೃದ್ಧಾಪ್ಯ ಬರುವುದು ನಿಜ .

ನಮ್ಮ ನಾಯಕರು ಮಾಸ್ಕ್ ಧರಿಸಿ ಅಂತರ ಪಾಲಿಸಿ ಎಂದು ಉಪದೇಶಿ ಸಿದ್ದೇ ಉಪದೇಶಿ ಸಿದ್ದು.ಆದರೆ ತಾವೇ ಅದನ್ನು  ಪಾಲಿಸಲಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ

I can easier teach twenty what were good to be done than be one of the twenty to follow mine own teaching. The brain may devise laws for the blood, but a hot temper leaps o'er a cold decree. Such a hare is madness the youth—to skip o'er the meshes of good counsel the cripple. But this reasoning is not in the fashion to choose me a husband. O me, the word “choose!” I may neither choose whom I would nor refuse whom I dislike—so is the will of a living daughter curbed by the will of a dead father. Is it not hard, Nerissa, that I cannot choose one nor refuse none?
